Leadership in Supervision
The Leadership in Supervision Programme strengthens the capabilities of new, aspiring and existing supervisors responsible for leading people, managing performance and delivering results. It develops the practical leadership, communication, decision-making and people-management skills required to move from technical or operational responsibility into effective supervision.Delivered online and self-paced across ten modules, with two scheduled instructor coaching sessions, a mid-course written application exercise, module knowledge checks and a 40-question final examination. Participants finish by building a 90-Day Supervisory Development Plan that carries the learning into daily practice.The programme emphasises accountability, professional judgement, communication, performance management, conflict resolution, team leadership, coaching, risk awareness and ethical supervision.
